Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board!Why you'll love this job​This role is part of the AAdvantage Co-Brand Partnerships Team within the Commercial Organization.Responsible for supporting marketing and growth initiatives for AAdvantage co-brand credit card portfolio.What you'll doCollaborates with partners and third parties to increase co-brand performance by supporting the credit card program Raises awareness of AAdvantage co-brand credit card products across through marketing campaigns and activationsSupports reporting on program effectiveness and performanceManages ordering, inventory, and distribution of promotional collateral for AAdvantage co-brand credit card productsActs as liaison between internal and external teamsPerforms administrative tasks such as inbox monitoring, billing, and campaign QA All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience​High School Degree or GED equivalent or equivalent experience/trainingPrior sales experiencePreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience​Prior experience in credit card marketing and/or financial services salesPrior experience educating and motivating a distributed sales force Skills, Licenses & Certifications​Knowledge of AAdvantage co-brand credit card products and propositions as well as consumer alternativesEffective organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple and shifting prioritiesCompelling written and oral communication skills capable of influencing othersInitiative to identify areas of interest beyond those that are specifically assignedWhat you'll getFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
