Role Description As a full-time Benefits Advisor, you will serve as an expert in Aflac’s supplemental insurance products and work closely with businesses in the Lake Charles, LA area. In this on-site role, you will identify potential clients, present Aflac’s benefits solutions, manage customer accounts, provide expert advice on insurance options, and deliver excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include conducting employee enrollment sessions and contributing to customer education about Aflac’s offerings. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits and Insurance Proficiency in Customer Service and fostering client relationships Skills in Sales and the ability to develop new business opportunities Experience in Training and educating employees or clients on products Strong interpersonal and communication skills Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently Prior experience in a similar field is a plus but not required High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred This is not a salaried position.
