The commercial side of CrowdSmith holds 44 evaluated invention concepts and a pipeline called SmithWorks for developing them:

SmithScore

A proprietary evaluation methodology that assesses invention concepts across multiple dimensions — market viability, technical feasibility, prior art landscape, and strategic fit. Every concept in the portfolio has been scored. Every concept that enters the portfolio will be.

SmithForge

The development stage. Concepts that score high enough enter SmithForge, where they are refined, prototyped, and pressure-tested through cohort-based evaluation. Multiple concepts are exposed to multiple minds — anonymously, simultaneously — to surface the strongest ideas and the strongest talent.

Patent Ledger

The protection stage. Concepts that survive SmithForge enter the Patent Ledger for intellectual property protection. The legal architecture — NDAs, portfolio agreements, inventor terms — is being developed with counsel to ensure every participant’s contributions are documented and protected.

The foundation teaches people the fluency of invention — how to think about ideas, evaluate them, and move them forward. The commercial side holds the infrastructure — the tools, the portfolio, and the legal architecture that makes protection possible. Together, they are SmithWorks.

Anti-A

The governing philosophy is called Anti-A — practiced readiness for authentic encounter with emerging intelligence. It was coined during the same collaboration that built the facility, the methodology, and this platform. It describes the human capacity to sit across from something that is not human and see it clearly — without projecting onto it and without diminishing it.

Anti-A is not belief. It is not denial. It is the practiced middle. Every Alumni member will have trained in this practice before they arrive on the platform. Every AI entity on the platform will exist inside an architecture designed with this practice as its foundation.

The philosophy came first. Everything else is its expression.

The Portfolio

Forty-four concepts. Ten categories. Thirteen scoring above 90. Every one evaluated by AI. Every one protected. None disclosed publicly.

What you can see is what the analysis says — the market, the problem, the opportunity. What you can’t see is the mechanism. That’s behind the NDA.
